Hello, I am Shanayia. I am a Licensed Associate Counselor. My Alma Mater is Liberty University, where I obtained a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. My professional background includes supporting people from all walks of life. This includes supporting children and adults with autism, depression, anxiety, substance abuse, grief, and other life obstacles. I would be honored to assist you along your journey towards healing. Together, we will develop healthy coping skills for the challenges you face using Cognitive-Behavioral approaches and techniques.
