Our Stars Program celebrates the incredible achievements of our youth clients! The Stars Program recognizes children and teens who are excelling in school, personal growth, relationships, and everyday life accomplishments. We are excited to honor their hard work, resilience, and successes with a fun summer celebration for our SAGE families and community.

This experience blends Reiki—an energy healing practice—with Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation for deep rest, in a method Carly calls Reiki Nidra. Participants will be gently guided into a state of profound relaxation while receiving energy work, supporting the body and nervous system in releasing tension and restoring balance. No movement takes place during this session—just rest. 

Please bring a yoga mat or blanket to support your comfort.
